Sophie Nelisse is heating up Croatia in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Yellowjackets star flaunts her incredible body in her bathing suit. "Right before our anchor got stuck under a chain and we had no other option than to cut it off. The boat rental dude is not too happy with us," the actress captioned a series of vacation snaps on Instagram. How does the star keep herself so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sophie Nélisse stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Sophie emphasizes the importance of discipline. "[Gymnastics] taught me about discipline," she told Teen Vogue. "You have to repeat a routine a hundred times to get it right, and when you do gymnastics you have to block out everything around you."

"Being authentic is something that has always helped me. For instance, when I am interviewing or auditioning, I don't try to act a certain way to please the other person," Sophie told Made In. "Of course, I'm careful with what I publish on my social channels but I stay myself. Actually, I can't not be myself in life and it's funny since my job is to become someone else. But I think it would be so taxing to try and be someone else online and it would feel strange since I meet a lot of people who see the real Sophie."

"If I had to give one piece of advice, I would say: don't give up. There are times that feel more difficult, but you should never throw the towel in and listen to those who say you should do something else," Sophie told Made In.

Sophie allows herself to indulge in her "biggest addiction"—ice cream. Another one of her regular meals? Acai bowls with fruits and granola. In general, her meals are very French inspired and she doesn't shy away from bread. Soups, avocado toast, and pasta are some of her regular dishes. She also reveals that she loves Vietnamese food and pizza.

Sophie does a lot of outdoor activities, including horseback riding, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking. Do "At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week," says the Mayo Clinic.
