Lori Sale Jumps To Paradigm To Launch Artist Marketing Division

BEVERLY HILLS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Lori Sale, one of the most respected executives in the branded entertainment business, has been named Head of Artist Marketing for Paradigm, a new division within the agency that will focus on maximizing the earning potential of the agency’s clients across the vast array of platforms, it was announced today by Sam Gores, Chairman of Paradigm.

Sale and her department will be charged with partnering with an artist’s primary agent to service the unique marketing and 360º representation needs of the artist, including representing them to brands, which will provide Paradigm agents with a fast and responsive partnership division designed to maximize their client’s marketing and earning potential. The department will specialize in crossing Paradigm’s clients over into opportunities available to them outside their primary field. Specific areas that Paradigm Artist Marketing will focus on include; business development, endorsements and tie-ins, sponsorships, licensing & merchandising and branded entertainment.

In addition, a key component of the division will be brand integration for the projects overseen by the agency’s film and television directors and producers as well as the theatrical films represented by the Paradigm Motion Picture Finance Division. The department will also sign and represent individual clients and retained entertainment companies specifically for all their branded entertainment needs.

Ms. Sale will begin to staff her department immediately with internal and external candidates. The department will be comprised of agent’s expert in servicing the unique marketing and crossover needs of clients – outside of their principle sources of representation. The unit is particularly important to multi-hyphenate clients, who can have great success within a number of areas within entertainment.


Sale comes to Paradigm from ICM where she and her department spent the past two years representing actors, musical artists and entertainment companies who she successfully delivered results for across a wide spectrum of earning platforms. At ICM, Ms. Sale and her department represented such multi-talented artists as Beyonce, Chris Brown, Mel B., Kim Cattrall, Chance Crawford, JC Chasez, Claire Danes, Anjelica Huston, Clinton Kelly, Solange Knowles, Ali Larter, Jillian Michaels, Brittany Murphy, Paula Patton, Christina Ricci, Smokey Robinson, Kelly Rowland, Jada Pinkett Smith, Brittany Snow, Joss Stone, Aisha Tyler, Usher, among others.
