Gangelina? Angelina Jolie is allegedly revenge-romancing Garrett Hedlund now?
Yes, I’m an Angelina Jolie stan. I think the world of her. Which is why I’ll probably never believe that Jolie is now or has ever been the kind of woman who would go for a “revenge romance.” She’s not going to date or bang anyone for “revenge.” If she’s going to bang anyone, it’s going to be because she’s hot for them or because she needs to get some ~for herself~ you know? In any case, I will never believe any gossip story about Jolie having a “revenge romance.” But I’ll always want to believe any gossip about Jolie banging a hot guy. This week’s alleged hot guy romancer is… Garrett Hedlund. I approve.
Angelina Jolie has her eye on a new guy — hottie Garrett Hedlund! Sources close to the 42-year-old single mom told RadarOnline.com that friends think she and Hedlund, 33, are a perfect match!
“It’s gone from exchanging the odd email to texting several times a day and planning to meet up for dinner,” revealed a source. “It’s Garrett who’s making all the moves!”
The blue-eyed hunk dated actress Kirsten Dunst for four years after they met on the set of 2012’s On the Road. Ironically, Hedlund’s first big-screen role was with Jolie’s ex, Brad Pitt, in 2004’s Troy.
But insiders said Hedlund and Jolie have shared an electric chemistry since she cast him in her 2014 drama Unbroken.
“Angie’s incredibly flattered and enjoying Garrett’s attention. He’s like a younger, hotter Brad and she’s confessed to a couple of girlfriends that she’d be up for a fling with him,” a source said. “It would be the ultimate revenge romance!”
Garrett was good in Unbroken, even though I totally forgot that he was in it. I always thought Jolie had more chemistry one-on-one with Jack O’Connell though, like maybe Jack was more “her type.” Jack is the bad-boy with the accent. Garrett is… well, I don’t really know how to define Garrett at this point. He’s a very talented actor. He’s reminiscent of a young Brad Pitt, absolutely. In another era, Garrett would be working constantly, but I get the feeling that he’s very “picky” these days. So… if this is happening – and to be clear, it is not happening – would you be into it? Angie + Garrett = Gangie? Garngie? Gangelina?
