Stars of the new series Byron Baes have appeared to break COVID-19 restrictions.

According to The Guardian, Jade Kevin Foster, Nathan Favro and Hannah Brauer  partied at Casa Luna in Byron Bay on January 10 despite current restrictions on singing and dancing.

The reality stars appear to be dancing at the venue while celebrating Hannah’s birthday in a series of Instagram videos.

Police told the publication they had received at least one report of an alleged breach of public health orders at the venue.

Singing and dancing is prohibited in NSW hospitality venues including pubs, clubs, nightclubs, bars and restaurants, entertainment facilities and major recreation facilities until February 28.

The restriction does not apply to weddings or for students, instructors and performers in the settings listed above.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Casa Luna for comment.

Last year, Byron Baes stars prompted a police investigation amid allegations they breached public health orders.

According to a report by The Sydney Morning Herald, Byron Bay and Tweed Police are investigating a recent party held at a Byron Bay home.

Under current statewide COVID restrictions, only five people are able to visit a home at any one time in regional NSW.

It’s believed the party was held at the home of former Bachelorette star Nathan Favro, who features in the upcoming Byron Baes.

Neighbours and other community members filed multiple complaints to Crime Stoppers, after hearing noise and seeing large groups entering the premises.

Social media followers also became aware of the party after fellow cast member Elle Watson shared photos and videos on her Instagram page.
